电梯是随着高层建筑的兴建而发展起来的一种垂直运输工具。在现代社会,电梯已像汽车、轮船一样,成为人类不可缺少的交通运输工具。它有多种控制方式,如继电器控制,PLC控制等。PLC控制电梯有如下的特点:1,可靠性高,PLC的平均无故障时间(MTBF)一般可达3-5万小时。而且能在工业环境下可靠地工作;2,编程简单,PLC最常用的编程语言是梯形图语言。这种编程语言形象直观,容易掌握,当工作流程需要改变时,可以现场改变程序,使用方便、灵活;3,体积小、结构紧凑、安装、维修方便。本文主要介可编程控制器(PLC)在电梯系统中的应用
