The progress of chemical reaction is an important concept of stoichiometry, especially in the chemical thermodynamics and chemical kinetics of measurement, but also inseparable from the progress of the reaction of the molar amount. With the establishment and adoption of the International System of Units (SI), this concept has become increasingly valued and applied by all in terms of stoichiometry. Starting from the definition of Moore, the basic unit of the International System of Units (SI), this paper discusses the significance of the progress of the molar reaction of chemical reactions and discusses the problems related to chemical thermodynamics and chemical kinetics using this concept.
