一、基本情况黑龙江省通北林业局位于小兴安岭布伦山脉的西北坡,在东经127°15′～128°00′、北纬47°37′～48°38′之间,行政区界辖于北安、海伦和绥棱三个市、县范围内。全区海拔高度为480～500米,区域南北长约90公里,东西宽40多公里,总面积32万公顷;全年积温1990～2600℃,无霜期90～115天,年平均降水量523.7mm,多集中于夏季。全局土地利用构成见表1。
