为明确前期获得的致病疫霉颉颃细菌SR13-2菌液抑菌效果的稳定性,用滤纸片法和马铃薯块茎切片法分别测定了在不同温度、pH、光照时间和存放时间等单一条件或多种条件下,SR13-2菌液对马铃薯晚疫病的抑菌活性及防病效果。结果显示,随温度升高,SR13-2菌液抑菌率下降,100℃处理后抑菌率从89.06%下降至63.29%,经121℃(高温、高压)处理后抑菌活性完全丧失;不同pH条件下其抑菌率下降幅度不大,均在73.41%以上;10~30℃,pH6,光照4 h,存放1个月SR13-2菌液对马铃薯晚疫病的诱抗效果为89%~90%。经不同光照时间和4℃存放1年后,菌液的抑菌率也能达到80.12%。
In order to clarify the stability of the bacteriostasis effect of Phytophthora infestans antagonistic bacteria SR13-2 obtained in the earlier stage, single conditions such as temperature, pH, illumination time and storage time were determined by filter paper method and potato tuber slice method Antibacterial Activity of SR13-2 Bacteria against Potato Late Blight and Its Control Effect under Various Conditions. The resistance of SR13-2 strain to potato late blight was 89% ~ 100% at 10 ~ 30 ℃, pH6 and light for 4 h, 90%. After 1 year storage at different light time and 4 ℃, the bacteriostatic rate could reach 80.12%.
