众所周知,任何一个开放系统,都必须经常不断地与坏境发生物质、能量的交换,保持动态平衡,才能顺利发展。职工教育是一个开放系统,必须从周围的环境获得物质和精神方面的支持,获得动力和信息,为其服务,与其建立双向交流,形成良性循环。为此,要做好许多工作,而最主要的就是正确地分析形势、把握形势、明确任务,把“势能”变“动能”,推动各项工作的前进。在新形势面前,能否正确地认识形势、适应形势,是积极进取、乘势而上,还是消极等待、畏惧退缩,可以说是每一个工作者、特别是领导者必须经常考虑的重要问题,也是对每个人的立场、观点、方法的实际考验。
It is well known that any open system must constantly exchange material and energy with the bad environment and maintain a dynamic balance so that it can develop smoothly.
