以市场对高职学生的需求为立足点,通过对高职毕业生求职状况、就业单位的评价与信息反馈进行实证调查,从企业需求视角比较高职高专与本科学生特质的差异,可以有效促进高职高专学生培养的过程管理和目标管理,实现学校供给与企业需求的无缝对接。
Based on the demand of higher vocational students in the market, this paper conducts an empirical investigation of the employment status of graduates of higher vocational schools, the evaluation of employment units and the feedback of information, and compares the differences of characteristics between higher vocational colleges and undergraduate students from the perspective of enterprise needs. Promote the process of higher vocational students training management and management of goals to achieve seamless supply of schools and business needs docking.
