Far over the misty mountains cold
To 1）dungeons deep and 2）caverns old
We must away 3）ere break of day
To seek the pale enchanted gold.
The dwarves of 4）yore made mighty spells，
While hammers fell like ringing bells
In places deep， where dark things sleep，

There many a gleaming golden hoard
They shaped and wrought， and light they caught

And men looked up with faces pale；
Then dragon’s 12）ire more fierce than fire
Laid low their towers and houses frail.
The mountain smoked beneath the moon；
The dwarves， they heard the tramp of doom.
They fled their hall to dying fall
Beneath his feet， beneath the moon.

To win our harps and gold from him！
越过寒冷的迷雾大山，
到那地牢深深洞久远，
我们要在破晓前出发，
寻那迷人黄金色浅淡。
往昔矮人念下大咒语，
铁锤声响如叮当乐曲，
幽深处黑暗之物沉睡，
在山下空穴处深如许。
精灵贵族和远古国王，
拥有闪光的黄金宝藏，
他们锤锻将光芒捕捉，
剑柄的宝石将其敛藏！
银项链上他们串起一行
花一般的星辰，皇冠上
缀以龙的火焰，扭曲的
线条间透出日月华光。
越过寒冷的迷雾大山，
到那地牢深深洞久远，
我们要在破晓前出发，
