目前,制动梁等不断发生裂纹和折断故障。据我段管内三个列车检修所统计,去年在列车检查中发现弓型制动梁等裂纹和折断的多达434件,若按故障发生的部位分,弓型杆折断的占6%,槽钢裂纹的占67%,制动梁端轴裂纹和脱杆的占21%,闸瓦托裂纹的占3%,安全链折断的占3%。上述数字说明,不仅制动梁故障多,而且有制动梁脱落的可能。因此,应针对故障产生的原因,采取措施减少制动梁等故障,防止制动梁脱落事故。
