在铁路基本建设工作中发现部分线路和站场的局部设计缺陷较多,建设过程中出现不必要的变更设计,增加施工组织难度、使得建设成本上升。如果交付使用后才发现问题,则给养护维修及运营带来不利影响。本文目的在于如何充分发挥一线站段人员设计会审的作用,完善现有会审程序,深层次挖掘“会审”潜力,希望对新、改建铁路的设计会审工作有所裨益,从而进一步提高设计质量。
In railway infrastructure construction, it is found that there are many local design flaws in some lines and stations. In the process of construction, unnecessary changes and designs are made to increase the difficulty of construction organization and make the construction cost increase. If problems are found after delivery, it will adversely affect maintenance, maintenance and operation. The purpose of this paper is how to give full play to the role of front-line station staff in designing and auditing, to improve the existing hearing procedure and to tap the potentials of “meeting trial” in the hope of further improving the design quality of new and rebuilt railroads .
