睡眠是人们生活中不可缺少的一种主要的休息方式,它几乎占了人生1/3的时间,但仍有些人不能正确对待和处理睡眠中所遇到的间题。美国睡眠学研究权威克莱文教授,以毕生的精力从事睡眠的研究和实验,他曾测量过睡觉时的心跳和呼吸的变化,脑电波的变化,以及睡觉的姿势和变化。他从数以千计的临床实验中发现,人们对下面几个问题至少存在着某些误解。
Sleep is an indispensable part of people’s lives, a major way to rest, it accounts for almost a third of life time, but still some people can not correctly handle and deal with sleep problems encountered. Professor Kelvin, the authoritative professor of sleep science in the United States, devoted himself to the study and experiment of sleep with his lifelong energies. He had measured the change of heartbeat and respiration when sleeping, the change of brain wave, and the posture and change of sleeping. He discovered from thousands of clinical trials that there are at least some misunderstandings about the following issues.
