目的:优选紫草中总萘醌的闪式提取工艺。方法:以紫草总萘醌和β,β’-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁转移率为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验考察溶剂用量、提取时间、提取电压对闪式提取工艺的影响,并与渗漉法进行比较。结果:最佳提取工艺为分别加14,8倍量95%乙醇于140 V电压下提取2次,每次2 min;总萘醌和β,β’-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁平均转移率分别为90.72%,70.68%。渗漉法中总萘醌和β,β’-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁平均转移率分别为79.03%,65.43%。结论:闪式提取法优于渗漉法,前者适用于紫草总萘醌的提取,优选的工艺稳定可行,具有良好的应用前景。
Objective: To optimize the flash extraction of total naphthoquinone in Lithospermum. Methods: The amount of solvent was determined by orthogonal design of L9 (34) with the ratio of total naphthoquinone and acyladenine β, β’-dimethacryltransferase. The extraction time and the extraction voltage were optimized. Impact, and compared with percolation method. Results: The best extraction process was extraction of 14,8-fold amount of 95% ethanol at 140 V for 2 min, each time. The average transfer rates of total naphthoquinone and β, β’-dimethylacryloylacain Rates were 90.72%, 70.68%. The average transfer rates of total naphthoquinone and β, β’-dimethylacryloylcaracan in the percolation method were 79.03% and 65.43%, respectively. Conclusion: The flash extraction method is superior to the percolation method, the former is suitable for the extraction of comfrey total naphthoquinone, the preferred process is stable and feasible, and has good application prospects.
