目的 :探索神经内窥镜治疗高血压脑出血。方法 :运用德国蛇牌神经内窥镜治疗 37例高血压脑出血。结果 :与单纯颅内血肿抽吸治疗方法相比较 ,运用神经内窥镜可直视下快速、彻底清除血肿 ,治疗组血肿完全吸收平均天数为 (15± 3.8)d ,对照组血肿完全吸收平均天数为 (18± 4 .7)d。结论 :神经内窥镜下做此手术可避免盲目穿刺损伤脑组织 ,较单纯颅内血肿抽吸治疗好
Objective: To explore neuroendoscopic treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 37 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were treated with German snake nerve endoscope. Results: Compared with simple intracranial hematoma aspiration therapy, hematoma could be removed rapidly and completely with direct endoscope. The average number of days of complete hematoma absorption in the treatment group was (15 ± 3.8) days. The hematoma in the control group was completely absorbed and averaged The number of days is (18 ± 4 .7) d. Conclusion: Under the neuroendoscopy, this operation can avoid blind puncture injury of brain tissue, compared with simple intracranial hematoma aspiration treatment
