为了实现对水泥砂浆工作性能的在线观测及预测水泥砂浆的流动度,设计了可以测试扭矩的砂浆搅拌机。研究了不同转速和不同搅拌时间对水泥砂浆质量的影响,从流动度和扭矩2个指标去进行分析,最终确定了最佳搅拌速度为180 r/min,最佳搅拌时间为60~180 s。研究了在不同剪切速率条件下流动度与扭矩的关系,说明了在不同剪切速率下流动度与扭矩呈现出不同的幂函数关系。在相同剪切速率,即转速在180 r/min的条件下,研究得出了流动度与扭矩的经验关系式,为水泥砂浆在线质量控制及预测流动度提供了试验方法和理论依据。
In order to realize the on-line observation of the performance of cement mortar and predict the fluidity of cement mortar, a mortar mixer was designed to test the torque. The effects of different rotational speed and different mixing time on the quality of cement mortar were studied. The two indicators of fluidity and torque were analyzed. The optimum stirring speed was 180 r / min and the optimum stirring time was 60 ~ 180 s. The relationship between fluidity and torque at different shear rates was studied. It was shown that the fluidity and torque exhibited different power functions at different shear rates. The empirical relationship between fluidity and torque was obtained at the same shear rate, ie, rotation speed of 180 r / min, which provided experimental methods and theoretical basis for online quality control and predictive fluidity of cement mortar.
