随着社会的不断进步,如今电力行业的发展较为迅速。在科学技术不断地更新,为电力行业的发展提供了技术方面支持的同时,也对现今电力工程企业提出了较高的要求,使得电力企业越来越注重对人才的培养和合理的配置。针对这样的状况,本文对电力工程企业人力资源管理的现状进行简要的分析,并根据所分析出的不足之处,提出了相应的对策。望本文的研究能提高现代电力企业人力资源管理,进而促进电力企业长远的发展。
With the continuous progress of society, the development of power industry is now more rapid. While science and technology are continuously updated, providing technical support for the development of the power industry, they also put forward higher requirements for power engineering enterprises today, making power enterprises pay more and more attention to the cultivation of qualified personnel and the rational allocation of talents. In response to such a situation, this paper briefly analyzes the present situation of human resource management in power engineering enterprises, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures based on the analysis of the deficiencies. Hope this paper can improve the modern power enterprise human resources management, thereby promoting the long-term development of power enterprises.
