在学习型组织创建中,领导班子新的角色定位应该是带头转变观念,充分认识学习的重要性,并在向下属推行这种观念和思想的同时,自己在行动上身先士卒、率先垂范。据此,国电集团公司小龙潭发电厂在2001年引入学习型组织理论和观念时,首先制定了创建“学习型领导班子”的实施意见和规划,通过创建学习型领导班子来推动学习型企业的创建,有效地推动了企业的文化创新、机制创新、制度创新和管理创新,提升了企业的核心竞争力及干部、员工的整体素质,被国电集团公司授予先进基层党组织光荣称号。
