由于分动器仅在四驱车辆上使用,以降低成本、提高传动效率和改善整车经济性为目标,提出了一种基于多目标满意度方法建立分动器设计方案的优选模型,实现分动器不同设计方案的有效优选。首先,考虑分动器设计开发流程与整车性能匹配的基础上,确定单轴无加强筋、单轴加强筋、双轴无加强筋和双轴加强筋4种备选方案。然后根据有限元分析结果和理论分析为基础,建立分动器设计方案评价的目标集,联合层次分析法确定目标集各因素对分动器设计方案优选的影响权重,从而建立分动器优选方案的多目标优化模型。最后运用多目标满意度决策机理,对不同分动器设计方案进行综合评估,得到的综合满意度最大的方案经验证合格即为优选的方案。该研究可为分动器设计方案优选提供参考。
