1993年是我省矿山事故的高峰年,特别是一次死亡3人以上事故起数和死亡人数均是近十年来最多的。共计死亡368人,比1992年增加了43.2%。其中,一次死亡3人以上的事故共发生17起,死亡170人,分别比1992年增加了54.5%和178.8%。在全省矿山事故总死亡人数中,煤矿事故死亡人数最多,共279人,占全省矿山事故死亡总人数的75.2%,比1992年增加了47.6%。发生两起煤矿独眼井井筒损坏将矿工堵在井下的事故。其中一起使矿工在并下被堵达15天,经多方协助采取各种措施积极抢救,才将人员救上井。发生四起重大透水淹井、非伤亡事故,造成了重大经济损失。令人忧虑的是,这些事故多发单位仍然是乡镇矿
1993 is the peak year of mine accidents in our province, especially the number of accidents and deaths of more than 3 people who died in one time was the largest in nearly ten years.
