通过对少白细胞血液制剂的质量等进行检验,发现它的质量受制备方法、血液储存时间、温度、过滤速度、介质电荷、血液量、滤器材料以及环境温度等多因素的影响。少白细胞血液制剂可防止白细胞抗原同种免疫和血小板输注无效,降低传播白细胞相关传染性病原体的危险性,增强肿瘤治疗效果,减少肿瘤复发率,有效减少非溶血性发热输血反应(NHFTR)的发生率,与病毒灭活技术联合应用,可以提高输血安全性和有效性。
By testing the quality of leukocyte blood preparation, it was found that its quality was affected by many factors such as preparation method, blood storage time, temperature, filtration rate, medium charge, blood volume, filter material and ambient temperature. Leukocyte-less blood preparations prevent leukocyte antigen alloimmunization and platelet transfusions, reduce the risk of transmitting leukocyte-associated infectious pathogens, enhance the efficacy of oncologic treatments, reduce the rate of tumor recurrence, and effectively reduce the rates of non-hemolytic febrile transfusion reactions (NHFTRs) The incidence, combined with virus inactivation techniques, can improve the safety and effectiveness of blood transfusion.
