本文讨论了甜菜品种的逐级杂种优势利用的育种技术路线及建立与之相适应的良种繁育程序的技术与理论。认为稳定的世代间不发生或少发生分离的杂种优势为逐级杂种优势利用改良种性提供了可能。这种原种的初级杂种优势和生产用种的次级杂种优势的复合余种优势的现代品种要求建立“原种一生产用种”两级繁育体系。其技术核心是系号的选择、维持和提高而不是传统良种繁育的群体混合含糖选择技术。育种家和育种机构为“两级制”繁育体系提供了技术保障和现实选择。
This paper discusses the breeding techniques of utilizing the step-by-step heterosis of sugar beet varieties and the technology and theory of establishing appropriate breeding programs. It is concluded that the heterosis, which occurs between stable generations, with few or no segregation, makes it possible to use improved heterosis for stepwise heterosis. The modern breed, which has the advantages of the primary heterosis of the original breed and the secondary heterosis of the production breed, requires the establishment of a two-level breeding system of “the original breed for one production”. The core of its technology is the choice of system number, maintenance and improvement, rather than the traditional breeding of mixed seed selection group of sugar technology. Breeders and breeding institutions have provided technical support and realistic options for the “two-tiered” breeding system.
