提出应用计算机手段 ,从车体CAD设计模型出发 ,自动确定测量点集 ,编制坐标测量机执行程序驱动坐标测量机沿优化无干涉路径进行测量 ,并在CAD环境中对测量结果进行处理 ,比较实际数据与实际数据 ,从而得到车体形貌和尺寸误差。该方法可对改进车体设计模型和制造过程提供依据 ,并将设计与制造过程连接起来
It is put forward that using computer means to automatically determine the set of measuring points from the CAD model of the car body and coordinate the measuring machine to execute the program to drive the coordinate measuring machine to measure along the path without any interference and to process the measured results in the CAD environment.
