21世纪,人类进入了一个以知识为主宰的新经济时代。在这新的经济模式下,智力资源日益凌驾于传统的生产要素——土地、劳动力和资本之上。信息化、网络化、全球化使组织面临的是一个充满变数和不确定的未知世界。对于知识经济时代的组织来说,以组织系统的弹性化和生产的柔性化为主要特征的“柔性管理”将是适应这一新经济时代要求的组织管理的发展模式。本文在对刚性管理与柔性管理进行分析比较的基础上,对组织实施柔性管理的必要性以及如何实施进行了分析。
In the 21st century, mankind has entered a new economic era dominated by knowledge. In this new economic model, intellectual resources are increasingly above the traditional factors of production - land, labor and capital. Informal, networked and globalized organizations are faced with a world of uncertainty and uncertainties. For organizations in the era of knowledge-based economy, the “flexible management” characterized by the flexibility of the organizational system and the flexibility of production will be the development model of organizational management that meets the requirements of this new economic era. Based on the analysis and comparison of rigid management and flexible management, this paper analyzes the necessity of implementing flexible management and how to implement it.
