今年三月,即将离任的汉莎货运公司董事会主席Jean-Peter Jansen在每年的例行记者招待会上表示:“汉莎正在和新瑞航的全球货运部门(World Cargo)齐头并进共同发展,如今双方正在携手合作准备整合各自品牌和三个枢纽的运作模式。”从中我们可以体会到这两家公司正在非常融洽地整合各自的货运业务,以期获得双赢的效果。众所周知,汉莎货运公司可是全球航空货运业务的霸主之一。根据新瑞航和汉莎的合并计划,新瑞航将成为汉莎集团下属公司,但保留其独立品牌和独立运营的身份,同时在最重要的苏黎士纽约机场运营地位保持不变。正和客运业务一样,双方公司的货运部门也正在不遗余力地探求潜在的协同增效的功效,它们更注重的是如何将重点放在加强合作方面,而不是像法/荷航那样完全的整合。

As we all know, Lufthansa Cargo is one of the dominant global air cargo business. Under the merger plans of the new SWISS and Lufthansa, the new SWISS will become a Lufthansa Group subsidiary but retain its independent brand and standalone status while remaining operational at the most important New York airport in Zurich. Just like the passenger transport business, the freight forwarding companies of both companies are also sparing no effort to explore the potential for synergies. They are more focused on how to strengthen cooperation rather than fully integrating them like KLM.
