目的:探讨糖肾安对糖尿病肾病(DN)大鼠肾脏损害的保护作用及其机制。方法:采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射建立糖尿病(DM)大鼠模型,将SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、辛伐他汀组、糖肾安组。治疗30周。观察治疗期间及治疗后大鼠的一般状况、血糖、肾质量/体质量(LKW)、内生肌酐清除率(CC)r和24小时尿蛋白改变;用免疫组化法检测细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)在DN大鼠肾小球及肾小管中的表达。结果:模型组LKW、CCr、24小时尿蛋白均高于正常对照组(P<0.01);肾小管中ICAM-1有明显表达,肾小球未见明显ICAM-1表达。糖肾安组血糖、LKW、CCr、24小时尿蛋白降低(P<0.01),ICAM-1表达明显下降。结论:糖肾安对糖尿病肾病有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Tangshenan on renal damage in diabetic nephropathy (DN) rats and its mechanism. Methods: Diabetic rats were induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ). The SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, simvastatin group and Tangshenan. Treatment for 30 weeks. The general condition, blood glucose, kidney mass / body weight (LKW), endogenous creatinine clearance (CC) r and 24-hour urinary protein were observed during and after treatment. The expression of intercellular adhesion molecule- 1 (ICAM-1) in glomeruli and tubules of DN rats. Results: The levels of LKW, CCr and 24 hours urinary protein in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P <0.01). ICAM-1 in the renal tubules was obviously expressed but no obvious ICAM-1 was detected in the glomerulus. Glucocorticoid blood sugar, LKW, CCr, 24-hour urine protein decreased (P <0.01), ICAM-1 expression decreased significantly. Conclusion: Tangshenan has certain protective effect on diabetic nephropathy.
