老香黄是由佛手果制成的保健药用凉果,具有去积祛风、开胃理气、化痰生津等功效,其主要原料为广佛手和金华佛手。这两种佛手在品质、成分及药效等方面存在一定差异,因此制成的老香黄品质也各有不同。本文综合比较广佛手和金华佛手的理化性质,为合理制备老香黄提供依据。结果表明,广佛手平均多糖含量为5.56%、浸出物含量为15.22%、橙皮苷含量为0.046%、香豆素含量为0.183%;金华佛手平均多糖含量为7.32%、浸出物含量为11.14%、橙皮苷含量为0.035%、香豆素含量为0.071%。整体而言,广佛手的有效成分高于金华佛手,更适于作为老香黄的原料。
Old incense is made of bergamot medicinal fruit preserved fruits, with the plot to Qufeng, appetizers Qi, phlegm fluid and other effects, the main raw material for the Guangfo hand and Jinhua bergamot. The two bergamot in the quality, composition and efficacy there are some differences, so the quality of old incense made of different. This article comprehensively compares the physicochemical properties of Guang-berg and Jin-hu-bergamot, and provides the basis for the rational preparation of Phalaenopsis. The results showed that the average polysaccharides content was 5.56%, the content of extract was 15.22%, the content of hesperidin was 0.046% and the content of coumarin was 0.183%. The average content of polysaccharides was 7.32% and the content of extract was 11.14% , Hesperidin content 0.035%, coumarin content 0.071%. Overall, the active ingredient of Guang-berg hands is higher than Jinhua bergamot, more suitable as the raw material of the old incense.
