目的探讨优质护理对白内障手术患者术后康复的影响。方法回顾分析龙岩人民医院2014年1月—2016年6月收治的400例行白内障手术患者的临床资料,按照护理方式不同分为观察组和对照组,各200例。观察组给予围术期优质护理,对照组给予围术期常规护理。比较两组患者术后1周康复情况(视力、眼压、住院时间)、术后并发症及护理满意度。结果术后1周,观察组视力及护理满意度高于对照组,眼压及并发症发生率低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白内障患者围术期实施优质护理能够加快术后康复速度,降低并发症发生率,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality nursing on postoperative recovery of cataract surgery patients. Methods The clinical data of 400 cataract patients who underwent surgery from January 2014 to June 2016 in Longyan People’s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. According to different nursing methods, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 200 cases each. The observation group was given perioperative quality care, while the control group was given perioperative routine care. One week postoperative rehabilitation (visual acuity, intraocular pressure, hospital stay), postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results One week after operation, the visual acuity and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than that of the control group. The incidence of intraocular pressure and complications was lower than that of the control group, and the length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of quality nursing during cataract perioperative period can speed up postoperative rehabilitation, reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient satisfaction.
