做了6只家兔的离体肺同种全血的灌流实验。在血中加入罂粟碱和消炎痛以保持肺水的平衡。在60min内,当肺动脉灌流量保持在每公斤体重64.5±12.0ml/min时。肺动脉压(Ppa),左房压(PLA),肺毛细血管血压(Pc)及肺血管阻力(PVR)几乎都能保持不变;气道压,潮气量及呼吸频率的变化也不明显。离体肺连续称重的结果表明:重量未增加。肺的湿干重比值为4.89±0.27,与正常兔的相近。此种模型可供肺循环肺水平衡的基础研究使用。
Perfused experiments of ex vivo lung allografts of 6 rabbits were performed. Add papaverine and indomethacin to the blood to maintain the balance of lung water. Within 60 min, pulmonary artery perfusion was maintained at 64.5 ± 12.0 ml / min per kg of body weight. Pulmonary arterial pressure (Ppa), left atrial pressure (PLA), pulmonary capillary pressure (Pc) and pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR) almost remained unchanged; airway pressure, tidal volume and respiratory rate changes were not obvious. The results of continuous weighing of ex vivo lungs showed that weight did not increase. Wet and dry lung weight ratio of 4.89 ± 0.27, similar to normal rabbits. This model is available for basic research on pulmonary circulation pulmonary water balance.
