忠诚义务已上升为一种法定的义务。公司经营者应对公司、对股东履行忠诚义务;公司经营者违反忠诚义 务要承担一定的法律责任;应从法律上对公司经营者违反忠诚义务进行防治。
Loyalty obligations have risen to a statutory obligation. Company operators should deal with the company and fulfill their loyalty obligations to the shareholders. The company operators should shoulder some legal liabilities in breach of their loyalty obligations. The Company should legally control and prevent the loyalty obligations of the company operators.
