COPD患者呼吸肌的氧耗(VO_2resp)明显高于正常年轻人。但近来研究发现随着年龄的增加,呼吸肌氧耗也会增加。所以有人提出COPD患者VO_2resp应与年龄相当的正常人群比较。本文对年龄相当的COPD患者(8例)和正常人(12例)VO_2resp进行了比较研究。 方法 实验装置包括3部分,吸气0.1s时口腔闭合压(P_(0.1))的测量环路,可以恒定速率扩张的死腔和测量氧耗的装置。实验时,要求受试者保持恒定的残气容积,并在死腔恒速扩张时连续呼吸直到不能再忍耐为止。这期间进行了总氧耗(VO_2tot),一分钟肺通气(V_E),P_(0.1)和其它通气参数的测量。我们发现两组总氧耗的对数值lOgVO_2tot和V_E均有很好的相关性。借助
The oxygen consumption of respiratory muscles in COPD patients (VO_2resp) was significantly higher than that of normal young people. However, recent studies have found that with age, respiratory muscle oxygen consumption will increase. Therefore, it was suggested that VO_2resp in COPD patients should be compared with normal age-matched normal population. In this paper, we compared the VO_2resp between age-matched COPD patients (n = 8) and normal subjects (n = 12). Methods The experimental setup consisted of three sections, a measurement loop of oral closure pressure (P_ (0.1)) at 0.1s inhalation, a dead space that could expand at a constant rate, and a device to measure oxygen consumption. During the experiment, the subject is asked to maintain a constant volume of residual gas and continue to breathe until the dead space can not continue to endure until it expands at a constant rate. During this period, total oxygen consumption (VO_2tot), one minute ventilation (V_E), P_ (0.1) and other ventilation parameters were measured. We found a good correlation between the logarithm of the total oxygen consumption of both groups, lOgVO_2tot and V_E. With
