目的了解沧州市家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,为病媒生物防治及杀虫剂的合理使用提供科学依据。方法采用点滴法测定家蝇对杀虫剂的半数致死量(LD50)。结果家蝇对胺菊酯、顺式氯氰菊酯、高效氟氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为29.51、41.38、29.06、271.33,均属高抗水平;甲基吡噁磷抗性倍数为9.12,属低抗水平。结论沧州市家蝇对拟除虫菊酯类药物产生了较高的抗药性,应科学合理使用化学杀虫剂,减缓抗药性的产生。
Objective To understand the resistance level of house flies to commonly used insecticides in Cangzhou and provide a scientific basis for the effective use of vector control and insecticides. Methods The half-lethal dose (LD50) of houseflies to insecticides was determined by the method of spotting. Results The resistance multiples of housefly to tetramethrin, cis-cypermethrin, cyhalothrin and deltamethrin were 29.51, 41.38, 29.06 and 271.33, respectively, which were highly resistant. The resistance to methicillin-methyl was 9.12 , Is a low anti-level. Conclusion Musca domestica in Cangzhou has high resistance to pyrethroid drugs. It should be scientifically and reasonably used chemical pesticides to slow down the emergence of drug resistance.
