本文描述一种全差动输入、差动输出的电流型运算放大器(COA)。该放大器采用三个第二代电流转换器(CCII)作为基本单元部件。在全对称电流型反馈放大器中能提供恒定的增益-带宽乘积或者在互阻抗反馈放大器中提供恒定带宽。该放大器的增益-带宽乘积为3MHz,失调电流为0.8μA(信号范围±700μA),理论上转换速率极大。此放大器采用2.4μm标准CMOS工艺实现。
This article describes a fully differential input, differential output current-mode operational amplifier (COA). The amplifier uses three second-generation current transformers (CCII) as the basic unit components. Can provide a constant gain-bandwidth product in a fully symmetrical current feedback amplifier or a constant bandwidth in a transimpedance feedback amplifier. The amplifier’s gain-bandwidth product is 3MHz, the offset current is 0.8μA (signal range ± 700μA), and the theoretical conversion rate is very high. This amplifier is implemented in a 2.4μm standard CMOS process.
