静脉注射免疫球蛋白(IVIG)治疗小儿自身免疫性疾病有重要作用,本文根据近年国外资料和旧金山IVIG专题讨论会内容,重点综述了IVIG在小儿血液疾病如急慢性原发性血小板减少性紫瘢(ITP)、新生儿同种免疫性血小板减少症、自身免疫性粒细胞减少症、自身免疫性溶血性贫血、骨髓移植等方面的临床应用,并对IVIG作用机理、治疗方法、安全性和副作用进行了讨论。
Intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) plays an important role in the treatment of infantile autoimmune diseases.
