研究了 pH 为4.8的 HAc—NaAc 缓冲体系中高碘酸钾氧化罗丹明6G、锰(Ⅱ)催化、氨三乙酸活化的催化反应,建立了一个催化荧光法测定痕量锰的新方法.线性范围为3.3~25ng/25mL.检出限为3.3ng/25mL,用于发样中痕量锰的测定,结果满意.
The catalytic reaction of rhodamine 6G, manganese (Ⅱ) catalyzed by potassium periodate and activation of nitrilotriacetic acid was studied in HAc-NaAc buffer system with pH 4.8, and a new catalytic spectrofluorimetric method was developed for the determination of trace manganese. The linear range 3.3 ~ 25ng / 25mL.The detection limit was 3.3ng / 25mL, for the determination of trace manganese in the sample, with satisfactory results.
