地方经济社会发展给地方院校法学教育带来了极大的机遇和全新的挑战,地方院校法学教育应适应地方经济发展的需要,培养合格的适应地方需求的高素质法律人才。培养合格的适应地方实际需求的法律人才离不开系统的实训教学,地方院校法学专业应以地方对法律人才素质的要求为基点开展实训教学。
