中期因子(MK)作为肝素结合生长因子家族的一员,通过促有丝分裂和细胞增殖、促血管生成、诱导细胞恶性转化、抗凋亡等功能影响胃癌细胞的增殖、分化及凋亡。MK在胃癌中呈过表达,且血清MK水平与预后不良相关,因此,MK有望成为一种新的肿瘤标志物;随着RNA干涉及特异性启动子参与基因治疗技术的发展,MK可能成为肿瘤基因治疗的新靶点,本文就MK与胃癌的关系进行综述。
Midkine (MK), a member of the heparin-binding growth factor family, affects proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis of gastric cancer cells through mitogenic and cell proliferation, angiogenesis, induction of malignant transformation, and anti-apoptotic effects. MK is overexpressed in gastric cancer, and serum MK levels are associated with poor prognosis. Therefore, MK is expected to become a new tumor marker. With the development of RNA interference and specific promoters involved in gene therapy, MK may become a tumor A new target of gene therapy, this article reviews the relationship between MK and gastric cancer.
