催化再生烟气能量回收工程,是一项比较大的节能措施。钢烟囱是本工程的重要设备之一,烟囱内部一般采用耐热混凝土龟甲网衬里,安装很困难。为节省投资,方便安装施工,我们经过调查研究,搜集资料,方案对比,决定采用一种新型内衬结构,现介绍如下:1.结构简介新型内衬结构如下图所示。图中1是烟囱筒体。2是保温钉。3是矿渣棉毡,厚60毫米。4是支持圈,材料为1Cr13,厚8毫米。5是陶瓷纤维,共两层,每层20毫米厚。6是内套筒,材料为1Cr13,厚2毫米。7是衬垫,材料为1Cr13,厚2毫米。件7上端和件6下端不焊接,可
