目的 :探讨过氟化碳液体在复杂性视网膜脱离手术中的应用及预后。方法 :回顾 1997年 1月~ 1999年 9月间我院住院治疗的 18例 ( 18眼 )复杂性视网膜脱离的患者 ,应用玻璃体手术 ,术中采用过氟化碳液体 (过氟三丁烷胺 ,C12 F2 7N) ,术后行气 /液交换、硅油或膨胀气体充填。结果 :18例患者经 3~ 6个月随访 ,视网膜最终复位者15眼 ( 83 3 % ) ;4眼采用C2 F6气体充填 ,气体吸收后 ,有 2例视网膜复位不良 ;14例采用硅油充填 ,1例因周边部视网膜粘连较重 ,术后 2周视网膜又脱离。结论 :术中应用过氟化碳液体 ,有机械性压迫作用 ,打开漏斗状视网膜脱离 ,展平视网膜及大裂孔翻转瓣 ,进行增殖膜清除 ,驱逐视网膜下液 ,使视网膜复位。过氟化碳液体在复杂性视网膜脱离手术中的应用为一种安全有效的工具。
Objective: To investigate the application and prognosis of perfluorocarbon liquid in complex retinal detachment surgery. Methods: From January 1997 to September 1999, 18 patients (18 eyes) with complicated retinal detachment undergoing hospitalization in our hospital were treated with vitreous surgery with perfluorocarbon liquid , C12 F2 7N), postoperative gas / liquid exchange, silicone oil or inflation gas filling. Results: Eighteen patients were followed up for 3 to 6 months, 15 eyes (83 3%) were retreated finally, 4 eyes were filled with C2 F6 gas, 2 cases suffered from retinal reattachment after gas absorption, 14 cases were filled with silicone oil, 1 case of peripheral retinal adhesions heavier, retinal detachment after 2 weeks. Conclusion: Intraoperative use of perfluorocarbon liquid, a mechanical oppression, open the funnel-like retinal detachment, flattened the retina and large hole flip flap, proliferative membrane clearance, expel subretinal fluid, the retina reset. The use of perfluorocarbon liquid in complex retinal detachment surgery is a safe and effective tool.
