近些年,高职教育发展迅速,规模日益壮大,各类高职院校所占比例已超过全国高等院校的1/2,在人才输送方面发挥着无可替代的作用。但是,与此同时高职教育弊端频现,从而影响教学效果与人才质量,因此高职教育若想有进一步发展,教学改革是必不可少的关键步骤。本文通过分析高职教育教学改革中存在的问题,阐述教学改革的必要性,并提出教学改革的几点建议。
In recent years, the rapid development of higher vocational education, the growing scale, all kinds of higher vocational colleges accounted for more than half of the national institutions of higher learning, talent transfer plays an irreplaceable role. However, at the same time, the shortcomings of higher vocational education are frequent, thus affecting the teaching effectiveness and the quality of talented people. Therefore, if higher vocational education needs further development, the teaching reform is an essential and crucial step. This article analyzes the problems in the teaching reform of higher vocational education, expounds the necessity of teaching reform, and puts forward some suggestions on teaching reform.
