对60例住院的肺心病急性发作期患者血清中5种酶(乳酸脱氢酶、羟丁酸脱氢酶、谷草转氨酶、磷酸肌酸激酶及同功酶)进行了检测,发现肺心病患者的上述5种酶较正常对照组均显著升高;肺心病轻、中、重3组间经方差分析,除磷酸肌酸激酶外差异极显著(P<0.001),说明血清中5种酶的变化可反映肺心病病情,分析表明:谷草转氨酶及磷酸肌酸激酶同功酶与肺心病死亡有直接明显相关性。
