近年来,我省苏北地区高中教育紧紧围绕“扩张规模、丰富内涵、提高质量”的工作思路,凝心聚力扩总量,千方百计抓质量,步入了高速发展的快车道。然而,高中教育的扩张也带来了许多新问题,有的甚至对高中教育的进一步发展构成了瓶颈制约。在部分学校主要表现为:一、学校管理忽视师生情感规模办学前的学校管理,虽然没有明确提出“以人为本”的口号,但却处处闪烁着人文关爱的光芒。规模办学后,面对骤然增多的师生,校方显然没有足够的心理准备,情急之下将学校管理简单为管压。 In recent years, the high school education in North Jiangsu Province has closely focused on the work idea of ​​“expanding scale, enriching connotation, and improving quality”, condensing and concentrating on expanding the total volume, doing everything possible to grasp quality, and stepping into the fast lane of high-speed development. After the scale of running a school, in the face of a sudden increase in teachers and students, the school obviously did not have enough psychological preparations. In an emergency, school management was simply a matter of management pressure.
