在杂交组合8798/68—83的第六代株系中发现一个具有明显育性转换的单株,经六个世代的系谱选择后出现稳定的群体——鉴29S。初步研究结果表明不育性的表达受温度影响,高温导致不育、低温导致可育。其对温度的敏感时期为幼穗分化期至第二枝梗分化期。对其育性的遗传行为研究表明:导致对温度敏感的雄性不育基因位于细胞质中。该水稻为对温度敏感的质核互作型雄性不育水稻。
A single line with significant fertility translocation was found in the sixth generation of the cross combination 8798/68-83. After six generations of pedigree selection, a stable population was observed - 29S. Preliminary results show that the expression of infertility is affected by temperature, high temperature leads to infertility, and low temperature leads to fertility. The temperature sensitive period for the young panicle differentiation period to the second branch of the differentiation period. Studies on the genetic behavior of their fertility show that the temperature-sensitive male-sterile genes are located in the cytoplasm. The rice is a temperature-sensitive nuclear-interacting male-sterile rice.
