齐齐哈尔医学院妇幼卫生专业开展社区教学。即学生学完医学基础课之后,于专业课之前、之中,与孕中期直到产后6个月的妇女、婴儿建立联系,课余时间入户随访。在教师指导下开展初级妇幼保健工作。通过四个方面多项指标来评定学生社区教学成绩。选择与对照班级的专业课成绩比较及学生专业课与社区教学成绩相关性分析。对社区教学模式作出客观评价。结果表明社区教学具有良好的教学效果和社会效益。社区教学模式是适应医学模式转变的以实践为基础,学生为主体、教师为主导,融知识教育、能力培养、素质教育为一体的新型医学教育模式。
