应建材局的要求,内蒙古西卓子山水泥厂与哈尔滨焊接研究所于1988年4月6～15日,在西卓子山水泥厂举办了第一期全国建材企业易磨损件Fe-05堆焊技术应用培训班。参加培训班的学员来自全国35个单位共65人。在培训班上,由哈尔滨焊接研究所的高级工程师黄文哲、工程师杨安国焊接技师李松寿等作了Fe-05堆焊技术的应用以及单面焊双面成型连弧焊接等方面的专题报告,并由西卓子山水泥厂作了应用成果报告和现场表演。在
