本文研究了不同等温温度,Mn、Si元素和Cu、Mo合金元素对奥贝球铁组织和力学性能的影响,讨论了奥贝球铁加工硬化对冷加工性能的影响。同时将奥贝球铁齿轮代替40Cr调质钢齿轮进行装机试验,对降噪声和耐磨性进行了测试。试验结果表明,奥贝球铁齿轮与40Cr调质钢齿轮相比,机械性能高于40Cr调质钢材料,柴油机整机噪声降低1.92dB,齿轮侧噪声下降5.3dB。奥贝球铁齿轮经过45 h磨合后,在标定工况下连续运转1000h,齿轮无异常磨损,齿轮间隙离极限间隙还有0.13mm的余量,所以其摩擦磨损性能合格,所生产的奥贝球铁齿轮满足设计使用要求。
In this paper, the effects of different isothermal temperature, Mn, Si elements and Cu, Mo alloying elements on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ADI ductile iron were investigated. The effect of work hardening of ADI ductile iron on cold working properties was discussed. At the same time, instead of 40Cr quenched and tempered steel gear, Aubei Ductile Iron Gear was tested on the noise reduction and wear resistance. The test results show that compared with 40Cr quenched and tempered steel gear, the quality of Aubei ductile iron gear is higher than that of 40Cr quenched and tempered steel. The noise of diesel engine is reduced by 1.92dB and the noise of gear side is reduced by 5.3dB. After 45 hours of in-running Aubei ductile iron gear, it continuously runs for 1000h under the calibrating condition without abnormal wear of the gear. The gear gap is 0.13mm margin from the limit clearance, so its friction and wear performance is qualified. Nodular iron gear to meet the design and use requirements.
