目的:对逆向静脉穿治疗法和顺向静脉穿刺治疗方法在儿科腹泻疾病治疗中的应用效果进行比较,确定合适的治疗方法。方法:选取我院于2014年5月至2015年5月入院的腹泻患儿110例,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组的患儿采取逆向静脉穿刺的方法进行治疗,对照组的患儿采取顺向静脉穿刺的方法进行治疗。在治疗后对两组患儿的治疗成功率、液体的流速和液体渗透情况进行比较,确定治疗效果。结果:通过比较可以发现,实验组的患儿在接受治疗后,其治疗成功率、液体的流动速度和液体渗透情况均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:逆向静脉穿刺疗法在儿童的腹泻疾病中能够发挥良好的治疗效果,能够用于临床治疗中。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of reverse venipuncture and cis-venipuncture in the treatment of pediatric diarrheal diseases and determine the appropriate treatment. Methods: A total of 110 children with diarrhea admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The patients in experimental group were treated by reverse venipuncture. The control group Of children take the method of venous puncture for treatment. After treatment, the treatment success rate of two groups of children, the liquid flow rate and liquid infiltration were compared to determine the treatment effect. Results: By comparison, we found that the success rate of treatment, fluid flow rate and fluid penetration in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Reverse venipuncture can play a good therapeutic effect in children with diarrheal diseases and can be used in clinical treatment.
