目的 从病因和病理生理两方面研究ACA、PBMCiNOSmRNA表达和IL 12在缺血性脑血管病中的意义及相关性。方法 ELISA法测定ACA和IL 12 ,RT PCR方法检测PBMCiNOSmRNA表达。结果 患者组IgG型ACA的阳性率显著高于对照组和IgM型ACA(P <0 .0 5 ) ;4 0岁以下患者组ACA阳性率明显较 4 0岁以上组高 (P <0 .0 5 )。部分患者检出PBMCiNOSmRNA表达。血清NOS活性增高同iNOSmRNA表达存在一致性 ,IL 12与其表达间无相关性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 ACA主要为IgG型与缺血性脑血管病密切相关 ,4 0岁以下的患者与ACA关系更为密切。缺血性脑血管病急性期 ,PBMC可以表达iNOSmR NA并增加NOS活性 ,但IL 12不是其表达的必要因素。
Objective To investigate the significance and correlation of ACA, PBMCiNOS mRNA expression and IL-12 in ischemic cerebrovascular disease from two aspects of etiology and pathophysiology. Methods ACA and IL 12 were detected by ELISA. The expression of iNOS mRNA in PBMC was detected by RT PCR. Results The positive rate of ACA in patients with IgG was significantly higher than that in controls and IgA (P <0.05). The positive rate of ACA in patients under 40 years old was significantly higher than that in patients over 40 years old (P <0. 0) 5). Some patients detected PBMCiNOS mRNA expression. Serum NOS activity was consistent with iNOS mRNA expression, IL 12 and its expression was no correlation (P <0.01). Conclusions The ACA is mainly associated with IgG type and ischemic cerebrovascular disease. The patients under 40 years old have a closer relationship with ACA. In the acute phase of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, PBMC can express iNOSmRNA and increase NOS activity, but IL12 is not a necessary factor for its expression.
