科学的人工影响天气是一门新兴的学科,目前尚处于试验阶段,但未来应用前景十分广泛。搞好人工影响天气研究,不但会对国计民生产生重大影响,而且在军事领域内有重要意义。我们应该立足现在,放眼未来,理论联系实际,把人影事业踏踏实实地进行下去。
Scientific artificial weather is a new discipline, which is still in the experimental phase, but its future application prospect is very wide. Doing a good job in weather research will not only have a significant impact on the national economy and the people’s livelihood, but also be of great significance in the military field. We should base ourselves on the present, look to the future, combine theory with practice, and carry on the career of human figure in a down-to-earth manner.
