自90年代起,随着我国经济建设和新闻事业的迅猛发展,全国各地的新闻大楼如雨后春笋般崛起,据不完全统计,全国省市级报社已有一半以上盖起了办公大楼。众多的新闻大楼无不以独特的造型、先进的设施、一流的硬件、齐全的功能作为各报社自身价值的标志性产业。 “建造大楼不易,管好大楼更难”。要长期有效地维护保养好如此庞大的楼宇物业,并不断提高其使用效益,满足报社和使用人多样化、多层次的不断变化的需要,就必须采取市场化、企业化的经营和社会化、专业化的管理。因此,新闻大楼的崛起,势必冲击传统的报社行政后勤管理体制,同时呼唤现代化的物业管理。
