采用自然浸泡的方法,通过用清水介质作为参照,研究了粉煤灰混凝土(fly ash concrete,FAC)在复合溶液(腐蚀离子包括SO42-,Mg2+和Cl-)作用下的抗腐蚀性能。实验结果表明:5%MgCl2+5%Na2SO4的复合溶液对FAC存在严重的腐蚀作用。在复合溶液作用下,FAC在较短时间内腐蚀破坏,其表面剥落严重但并无裂纹产生,强度逐渐损失。复合离子对FAC的侵蚀,主要是与FAC表层发生反应,使其层层剥落,从而加速扩散,最终导致FAC的失效。
The natural immersion method was used to study the corrosion resistance of fly ash concrete (FAC) under the action of mixed solution (including SO42-, Mg2 + and Cl-). The experimental results show that: 5% MgCl2 + 5% Na2SO4 complex solution on the FAC there is a serious corrosion. Under the action of the composite solution, the corrosion of FAC in a short period of time, the surface of the peel serious but no cracks, the gradual loss of strength. The corrosion of FAC by complex ions mainly reacts with the FAC surface layer, causing the layers to peel off, thus accelerating the diffusion and finally leading to the failure of FAC.
