对海上起重机用简化了的动力模型计算从浮动的供应船甲板上提升货物时所引起的动载荷值。典型计算结果表明,作用在起重机设备上的最大动载荷通常要比一般所认为的大得多。对于北海这样条件,建议设计中动力系数至少取5以上。虽然可采用运动补偿器使起重机受的负荷最小,但海上起重机在没有这种辅助装置的情况下,还应该在许用应力和疲劳寿命方面都有足够安全度。
For offshore cranes, a simplified dynamic model was used to calculate the dynamic load value caused when lifting cargo from a floating supply deck. Typical calculation results show that the maximum dynamic load acting on the crane equipment is usually much larger than generally thought. For such conditions in the North Sea, it is recommended to design the power factor of at least 5 or more. Although motion compensators can be used to minimize the load on cranes, offshore cranes, in the absence of such ancillary equipment, should be sufficiently safe to allow for both stress and fatigue life.
