随着不孕人口的逐年增加,辅助生殖技术已发生日新月异的变化.实验室胚胎培育技术、孵化技术的提高及胚胎玻璃化冷冻的普及,使胚胎质量得到了很大的改善.但反复种植失败(RIF)是限制体外受精(IVF)发展的瓶颈,即选用优质胚胎行IVF、卵胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI),仍有2次或以上妊娠失败史.因此反复种植失败成为现在的研究重点,目前研究表明应用宫腔灌注可改变子宫内膜微环境,改善子宫内膜容受,是对部分原因不明的反复种植失败患者实行的一种重要措施.本文就选择宫腔灌注液减少反复种植失败的应用进行总结.
